Pennsylvania is the home of many colleges and universities that offer some of the best educational opportunities in the nation.  If you are a Pennsylvania resident then there is a extra cost benefit of attending one of the many public schools available.  All of that aside, there are other factors that highlight Pennsylvania as one of the best locations to pursue your educational/academic path.
